Gosh girl, that's a pretty bleak statement, is'nt it?

When we meet a person, we actually have very little FACTUAL knowledge about him/her, and as nature does'nt stand any vacuum, we fill the rest with hopes/wishes/dreams.

And in the end we many times stand there frustrated/angry/disappointed/heartbroken because things did'nt work out as we had hoped.

Hey, that's life!

To reach out is always taking a risk, but if we don't we would never connect to another human being.

That's a very Jedi response and I admire you for still being able to feel that way. Actually, I'm encountering a person who, by his mere existence, is challenging my mere existence.

It is uncomfortable, yet I'm compelled to gravitate to this individual.

I can't say more about it here. Just know that there's an Anti-Tin out there and when matter and anti-matter meet....it's the end of the world. Maybe we'll meet in 2012, this person and I.

Until then, you're obviously still very Jedi-like in your beliefs and I can respect that. I prefer my own bleak path, as it keeps me very safe now.
