I don't recall lying

I have a great big honkin' and painful lie bump on the tip of my tongue. It's hard to talk, eat, and blow raspberries at people. Verily, I am unhappy with this, especially since my lie bump will be sandblasted by the dental hygienist in approximately 30 minutes. That should be a fun experience. ::whimpers::

Maybe it's a truth bump.

Whatever it is, it hurts like holy hell.

I feel your pain. My arch enemy is the dentist! My mouth is so senisitve I need percocetes after a root canal. Thankfully I found a dentist I like. In the past I had a few dentists who was stingy with novicane and told me to "Stop being a baby" while giving me fillings and barely no anestetic. So when I met my current dentist, he came in and said "Hi My name is Dr. Norfolk. How can I help you?" I said, "Let me start by saying I fucking hate dentists." ....A fact we chuckled over at my last appointment. Dr. Norfolk is cool. The rest of them are the antichrist....

hehehe...Reminds me of the dentist I loved. I went in to see her, and she came in looking at my chart. I was in for fillings. She looked at me. "I can see that you only have some little cavities. You requested the gas, but I think alittle novacane would work for you just fine."

I sat up and looked at her sternly, and said, "I need the gas so you can inject the novacane."

She peered at me for a moment, nodded, and said, "Let me turn that up for you."

She is also the one who refered to the level of gas she was giving me as, "The equivalent of two beers." I loved that dentist.

Dr. Wyss is really cool, too, but I have an attitude about dentists similar to yours. I'll be posting a picture of a sign that's hanging in the waiting room at the the dentist's office. You may like it.
