Iggy is back in the hospital. She'll probably be spayed tomorrow morning and there's a chance she'll be back with us by the weekend. For now, though, the house is quiet for the first time since Friday evening. The constant howling is no longer ringing in my ears! Poor kittie, she's really been through the ringer.

Today was my first day handling Zomba and Classics. It wasn't too very bad, but I expect the workload to be pretty stressful at times for the next couple of months. Here's hoping I don't freak out and wreak havoc in the front office. That might slightly endanger my severance. If I can just get through this week, I think I'll be okay 'cos Becky will be back from vacation next week.

We're going to the local Mexican restaurant for lunch tomorrow. It's Joanie's last day and we want to bid her adieu in style. Besides, the Mexican restaurant is a bit of a tradition with Pit Dwellers. We've been having luncheons there for a decade now. Ah, the end of yet another era!

I'm planning on going to bed early tonight. I'm tired, bored, and disgusted with everything.
