This new body, devoid of mortal life, feels like a perpetual supernova, all-consuming and utterly amazing. Why any Vampire would choose to mortate is beyond my comprehension and I fancy myself to be an expert on All Things Vampiric. The Night is more mine than it ever has been and, even though I must begin the slow ascension of the Sun Trials as a novice of Solaris, I feel that I am more powerful than ever. It is with relish that I take both human and Vampire life without the need to wait for transubstantiation. It’s not nearly as fun without my mother to terrorise, but I am occupying my time with forming another, darker band to spread my gospel among the mortal lost. The Emo and Goth alike are like fresh fruit for the picking and I am so willing to pick my fill and beyond.
