Generally Luds and neo-luds are seen as opposing progress, and specifically technology. I'm not specifically opposed to either (I wouldn't be here on the net if I was), but I don't believe that technological innovations will save us.
That said, I tend to be a lo-tech and lo-fi kind of gal. I have no cell phone, digital camera, or ipod. And I know diddly about html and suchlike. As a result, I'm not up to speed with stuff like posting pics on the web. :( If I was, you'd have already seen several dozen photos of my cat.
