Are you still looking for a job? I saw a weekend job at a kennel on Hwy 25, just south of Greenville. It's called Man's Best Friend. Just happened to notice it and thought of you.
Speaking of Greenville, there's a very good chance that I will be working at Greenville Tech in the next month. I had two interviews today, and I think they both went well, and another on the 31st. I felt pretty good that they wanted to interview me for all three positions that I applied for at the college. Anyway, if I get one of the jobs, and you're at GTC during the week for classes, then how about Pita House one day for lunch? :)
I'm waiting around on the job thing until I get my class schedule, but thank you for thinking of me! Once we're both at GTC, we'll definitely have to hang at the Pita House. I love their food. But please keep me away from the doumbeks. I'm so tempted to buy one every time I go there.
I've always been raher drawn to the hookahs, myself *evil grin*
Not that it would be, uh, useful in my life, not for years now.
Funny you should mention doumbeks. One of my best friends up in DC has a combo for middle eastern music - his partner is a bellydancer. As a result, he now has mad skillz on the doumbek.
Oh, I would love to hear his music sometime. A few years ago, I participated in a bellydance and drumming circle. I'd drum for half the time, then dance for half the time. To this day, I can't figure out what I loved the most.
