Stolen from the e'er intriguing [livejournal.com profile] bluestocking7.

Name 5 Things you did in 2005 that you never did before

  1. Lost a job.

  2. Filed for unemployment.

  3. Bounced a check.

  4. Diddled a female cat in heat with a wooden back-scratcher.

  5. Took pictures of a llama.

Name 5 things you want to do in 2006 that you never did before

  1. Go to England.

  2. Return to school.

  3. Work at the vet's office.

  4. Meet Barry Andrews.

  5. Publish my book.

What were your 5 greatest accomplishments of 2005

  1. Leaving The Pit without wearing handcuffs and being read my rights.

  2. Enlightening the RCA folks about the true nature of the Feudal Mistress.

  3. Nursing many sick kitties back to health, particularly Shmoop and Motley.

  4. Writing The Chalice and winning NaNoWriMo.

  5. Being part of the team (albeit a wee teeny part) that helped to realise the release of Cormorant

What were your 3 biggest regrets of 2005?

  1. Not being as proactive or as aggressive as perhaps I needed to be in the pursuit of my upcoming education.

  2. Embracing too enthusiastically my latent sloth and letting many weeks drift by with little or nothing accomplished.

  3. Not being as financially savvy as I needed to be.

Any New Year's Resolutions?
Yessirree!

If so, what are they?

  1. Never to darken the door of another Wal-Mart.

  2. Resume my exercise regimen.

  3. Get into school.

  4. Stop losing myself in my dreams and become an active participant in their realisation!

  5. Become debt free.

  6. Address any home repair issues swiftly and efficiently.

  7. Work on my social skills, or lack thereof yo.

So, here's to 2006! Happy New Year, all you crazy cats!

I like those resolutions! You go, girl!

(But re: weeks going by: First of all, you needed a rest after 19 years; and second, you spent all of November on The Chalice, to great effect!)
