Separate Journals and a Dream

I don't understand how people can maintain more than one journal. Maybe it's my latent one-track-mind attitude, although I am a multi-tasker from way back. One does not survive The Pit for many years without multi-tasking in the extreme.

I don't have any other journals. I have a MySpace account so I can comment on the journal of a friend who just won't come to LJ, but my spot there directs folks here. I maintain some communities, but I'm a sorry maintainer and communities are much different, IMHO, than an actual journal, so they don't really count. Hell, I don't even have that many filters. My journal is a WYSIWYG journal, I s'pose you can say.

Oh, how I admire those who keep a journal for every aspect of their lives! But I don't see how you do it.

In other news, I had a LOST dream last night. It's my second LOST dream. Although I don't remember much, I can say that it involved interactions with aliens in a gigantic cavern/theatre far beneath the Dharma bunker. I remember crying in Locke's arms and eyeballing Sayid with great desire. And that's all. There's much more, but I can't pull it out of memory. How frustrating.

I have three active LJs. The sexual one (whence I am writing) is kind of, well, blah (it could be better but I don't think it's wise to talk about sex one has had with LJ friends). The third one was created so I could comment in my brother's LJ. The primary one has been getting lots of attention lately.

For my part, I can't see how someone can have multiple facets, and not have multiple journals, but I think that's because my mind is very systems-oriented, and I like to feel that things 'have their place'.

i have a MySpace account, but it's only to keep up with my nephew and his band. i do have another blog-thingy, over on Journalfen, for purely fannish stuff, but i've not done anything with it til i get in this one game i'm applying to. ^__^ and i co-maintain a couple comms here and have actually had to use my Mod-Stick of D00M on occasion.

but yeh -- that's really it. i'm on Tribe and um a couple other of those networking sites, but the fact i can't recall which ones should tell you how often i do anything with them. x_x

I do it too, as most know. The reason I do it is because there are so MANY people who DON'T want to see me naked. But I have this obsessive exhibitionism, and I wanted some place to point people from outside lj who ask to see pics of me. I hate signing out and signing in, but I flat out refuse to sign up with one of those Semagic thingys. It took me over a year just to figure out all the tricks HERE. Go learn them somewhere else? BAH!
