Aunt Tudi and I followed Llew and Billy to the field in Dacusville to retrieve Llew's ultralight wing. Since Aunt Tudi couldn't really do much because of her disabilities and Llew obviously couldn't do anything, the task fell to Billy and me. I think we made quite a good team getting the wing rolled up and bagged under Llew's sage direction. When we finally got it on the truck, I was sorely tempted to high five Billy and proclaim that it was Miller Time!
Now I'm covered with a thin film of filth from all the dust and whatnot at the field. It's time for a long hot steamy shower, then perhaps an early night. I've had 2 hours sleep since 8:30 last night. My body is emitting a high-pitched tone of bone deep weariness.
beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep...much like the sound of heart monitor attached to a flatliner.
Thatsa me-a!
