Most Momentous

Aunt Tudi is going to be inheriting my HP tomorrow after I retrieve it from the Geek Squad since their healing it from a nasty virus. I'm getting her two books at her request, Computers for Dummies and The Internet for Dummies, and she should be good to go. The first thing I'm going to do is introduce her Live Journal. She already has a journal here and, if I can remember her password, LJ would be a perfect way for Aunt Tudi to get easily acquainted with The Intarwebs. So yeah, it's going to be an incredible next few days. Aunt Tudi is going to be leaping from the manual typewriters of the early 20th Century to the streamlined laptops of the 21st Century. It's enough to bring a tear to my eyeball, I swear to god. If I'm able to get her back onto LJ, I'll be sure to let everyone here know so you can friend her, 'cos I'm sure she'll be all a-dither at having online friends almost immediately. I'm so looking forward to dragging her kicking and screaming into the latest technological era!
