Okay. It's either a new form of Captain Trips or a relapse. I don't know which. Aunt Tudi went to the drugstore and got me some Zicam spoons where you open up the spoon and lick the goo off, and the goo will make you better. They say it's virtually tasteless. They lie. It was like licking soured syrup off a rancid pancake, but it went down quickly and there's no aftertaste, so I'm hoping for the best.

Actually, I've been dog sick ever since I started reading the uncut (uncircumcised) version of The Stand. I'm wondering if I'm not in some sort of psychic sympathy situation with the folks in the book. Shiiiiiii-ii-i-iiiit-t-t-t..... Whatever it is, I hate it. Now wbahner will chime in with the Blazing Saddles jokes. I know he will 'cos he's cool like that.

I'm not so cool, though. I haven't been online all day and don't plan on being on for very long tonight. The only reason I'm on is because today is the day I email Aunt Tudi's glucose levels to her doc. That said, I'm not reading my friendslist tonight at all and will probably miss a load of stuff. If you want me to know something, it's best you just comment here, eh?

I've not hardly rested for the past 24 hours. Llew bestowed upon me a lorazepam so I might be able to get some sleep tonight. I took it just a few minutes ago. I took it with the Zicam. I chased it with Pepsi and my sore throat sang a song of gratitude for that small kindness.

If I'm gonna die with this, I wish I'd just go ahead and get it over with already! Captain Trips, take me away!
