
I spoke with Todd today. He's already gotten his insurance packet and I was keen on finding out something ~ ANYTHING ~ about UHC's exclusions for our company. He faxed me what he had, but the exclusions weren't included in this information. So, he called for me one of the higher insurance reps and asked her about any exclusions for WLS. She said that, if it's medically necessary, there's really no way they can deny it and it's probably not excluded; however, Todd brought up the point that his division may have different coverage than mine. Meep. So I asked Angie here in Duncan if the policies were an umbrella over the entire company. YES, we all have the same coverage! This is looking better....I hope.
Also, Marie called me this evening after I got home. She's the new manager for Telesuck. I go back this coming Friday for a refresher, then work Saturday night. My start-out pay will be $7.50. That was her words ~ start out pay! That's what I got paid for almost 3 years at Telehell! Wow...a raise? Somebody pinch me!
The only down side about all this is that Llew and I were hoping to have the entire weekend.... It's not gonna happen now, but I know he'll understand that I must do this for our survival after the new year. Even though I can't hardly stand the idea of working there again, I'm truly breathing a great big sigh of relief. Phew!
