While I agree that you shouldn't talk to anyone like that, unfortunately we do not know the entire story. We don't know what happened right before that or right after that.
Also, what the hell was everyone else doing while Bale was ranting? Apparently standing around doing nothing, from what it sounds like. What the heck? Where is the director? Why is the director letting Bale go on and on like that?
