I dunno about you, but I think that if you're shifting around, you can say, "For example, me shifting around like this (biting my lip, etc.) is a way that you can tell I'm nervous!" or something like that. Mistah J & I hope you do very well! (I also hope you post another date story soon!)
You can say, "The way my eyes are shifting around, and not keeping eye contact with my body language means I wish that the Joker was around because I want to 'put a smile on your face,' Professor!" LOL Are you allowed to be creative like that?
