Vampirella
While I was trying to explain to Aunt Tudi how I felt compelled to mother Barry whilst, at the same time, maintain my phobia of him, I suddenly envisioned myself patting him on the head with a large glove attached to a very long stick at which I was at the other end. After my poor attempts to explain myself, Aunt Tudi made the wise observation that I'm a complete nutter.
In his latest note with stuff to put on his site, Barry said: glad to hear of your recent triumph in the vampire Novella (Vampirella?) arena. You go girl.
After reading that, I looked at the front door. In walked Keanu Reeves, who said "WHOA..." and then left. I want to run about like an inebriated howler monkey. Never in my entire sad life did I ever expect to be congratulated on writing The Chalice by the soul who's at least 70% responsible for my writing it in the first place. Uh....WHOA.
I seriously need a reality check, but it's been my experience that reality is a lot stranger than the imagined world.
My right eyelid has been twitching continuously for the past couple of hours. I need a valium.
